Liam Mchugh is no stranger to the coast. Born and raised in Worthing Liam is leading a successful career in stage and television.
He has been seen in the cover role of Britney in the hit musical We Will Rock You and then starring as the famous Tony Manero in Saturday Night Fever. Liam has been gigging and performing all around the UK and even starred on London’s West End in SoHo Cinders the musical.
This year Liam was on BBC’s new prime time television show ‘Little Mix The Search’ where he made it to the finals and joined the charismatic group Jasper Blue.
Currently Liam is touring the UK with the smash hit Broadway and Westend show ‘Waitress The Musical’.
Liam is thrilled to be back in Worthing performing for you this Christmas!

STARTERS
Roasted butternut squash soup
Coconut cream, toasted pumpkin seeds
Pad fried King prawns
Fennel, satsuma and beetroot salad
Classic homemade coarse Sussex and pork pate
Fresh cranberry compote, sour dough toast
Pickled cucumber, celeriac croquette, Spanish olives in basil pesto, spicy humus topped with roasted chickpeas

MAINS
Very slowly cooked shin of beef
Root vegetables, cabernet sauvignon, gratin potato
Classic Porchetta and tartiflette
Italian spit roast stuffed belly of Pork with rosemary, garlic fennel and herbs df
With tartiflette- potatoes baked in reblochon cheese, onions and lardons of bacon
Grilled fillet of Sea Bass and Salmon
Thermidor sauce- creamy white wine mustard and shellfish with new potatoes
Turkish roasted cauliflower
Toasted coriander and caraway seeds, pine nuts, mint leaves, spicy red pepper sauce and yoghurt vegan
DESSERT
Homemade treacle sponge
Served with plenty of custard
Valrhona chocolate mousse
Cherries soaked in amaretto, cantuccini biscuit
Chilled roasted fruits in mulled wine
