How to Preorder  

My name is Luis Alvez, Iam the restaurant manager and Iam delighted that you are consideringthe indigo restaurant for your party.

Iam sure that once you have decided on the restaurant and I hope your decision is with us!. you'll  arrive to a warm welcome and perhaps after you have had a drink in the fabulous new Indigo bar  you will go into the restaurant and expect to be served reasonably promptly- to achieve this I need your help!.. ...............Not to help serve!! but ..

To ask your guests to pre order before arriving

With the menu that you have chosen please select

4 starters

4 Mains ( one of which ,where appropriate, can be one cut of steak -we will need to know 1. howthe guest would like it cooked 2.the choice of potato 3. the choice of sauce)

4 Desserts

Please put the guests name by their choice of dishes and send it to me 5 days before you dine.
I will copy the  list and put it on the table -in case anybody forgets!!
You may wish to produce your own name cards detailing each guests choice which will avoid the waiting team interrupting you by asking "Who is having...?

Seating arrangement- If you require more than one table then I will need to know which guest is seated at which table.

The final account- please advise me along with sending the choice of dishes how you would like to settle the account i.e will it be one acount or individual accounts? If there is wine and mineral water how is to be  divided etc?

If you would like to bring baloons and a cake  this is absolutely fine
