GRILLS
Our ribs of beef on the bone come from two farms in between the Ribble Valley and the Yorkshire Dales: Shuttlework Hall and Lee Gate Farm.
All our beef is matured for 30 days to ensure perfect flavour and tenderness and come from naturally reared English steers.
Each are served with a choice of béarnaise or pepper sauce or grilled mushrooms and tomatoes and a choice of hand cut chips, new, mashed or baked potato and a selection of vegetables or mixed salad.
