Yuletide Menu
Mainly served on party nights with a disco, although also available for private parties for a minimum of 30 guests.
This menu and its style of service achieves the benefit of offering a choice of dishes without the need to pre – order. All dishes are available to choose from on the evening at a central table, served by our restaurant team. Guests are welcome to have 1 or a selection of dishes for each course in a combination and portion size to suit their appetite and palate. We guarantee that all guests will be offered the full menu.
Party Nights
These are occasions when a number of smaller groups to a maximum of 90 guests dine together in Indigo and enjoy the disco provided by our resident DJ. Upon arrival, guests can gather in the Indigo lounge for drinks prior to dining at their own individual tables in Indigo. Tables can be round (up to 11 guests) or rectangular of varying sizes. Dining times are staggered at pre-agreed times between 7:00pm and 8:15pm to ensure against any queues for each course. The disco commences between 9:30pm – 10:00pm and concludes at midnight. Last orders at the bar are at 11:30pm. Indigo lounge is available for guests throughout the evening to buy drinks and socialise.
Christmas Menu
This menu can either be served in a private room or in Indigo as a private party. Minimum number of guests 5, maximum 100.
This is a fully served menu and can be approached in 1 of 2 ways.
The organiser of the party can select any dish for each course from the menu options; this then becomes the menu for the party. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for in addition.
Alternatively, the organiser selects 3 dishes from the 6 offered for each course. It is then this reduced choice that is distributed amongst guests for their pre selection. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for in addition. At the latest 7 days prior to the party the following information will be required:
• Total number of each dish required
• Table plan
• Place cards indicating guest name and choice of dish
• Dish breakdown per table
