The popular Wordies return to a take an alternative view of love romance and all that stuff!
Our group of thespians and literary wizzards will entertain you with words , poems , readings and muses on this thing called love.
There is no requirement to be with a partner or married or living together or shacked up or living in sin just come along and enjoy an exremely popular event
Normal format - Commencement at 6:00pm- 15 minute interval dine at around 7:30pm

A tribute to The great musical comic duo Flanders and Swann
Between 1956 and 1967 this hugely popular comic duo performed comic songs all over over the world in over 2000 live performances.
Two Devonian doctors -Tom Morris and Richard Clark along with his wife Margaret at the key boards perform regularly to packed houses in the West country and will bring their very successful show to Worthing for one night only!
An evening of great entertainment is promised by this famous duo- "word smiths beyond compare"
Commencing with dinner at 7:30pm and cabaret entertainment to follow

Barry Newman RHS Chairman of the National vegetable growing society
The Modern Kitchen Garden by Barry Newman FNVS. Barry is a well known Grower, Exhibitor, Lecturer and Judge. He is Chairman of the Southern Region of The National Vegetable Society and serves on its National Executive. As well as being a senior NVS judge, Barry serves on the judging panel of The Royal Horticultural Society and South & South East in Bloom. He is also a member of the South of England Agricultural Society's Horticultural Committee. Barry was formally trained in horticulture at Pershore, York and Bath Botanical Gardens. Barry lives at Littleworth, near Partridge Green in West Sussex.
Barry is a very entertaining speaker on not surprisingly growing vegetables amongst other things! and will be sharing with you a few gems of information and tips on those tomatoes geen fly and manure et al
If you are keen on growing vegetables then this is the man to listen to!
